Ingleby Lodge Policies:
Rates & policies are subject to change at any time prior to establishing a contract. Weekday & Weekend rates (with a 2 night minimum booking) cover up to 4 Guests. Children 5 and under are free. For each additional guest the rate is $30/person/night. Max Occupancy 9 guests. Rental rate does not include taxes. A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of verbal booking. Balance of rental fee is due 3 weeks prior to check in date. A credit card number will be held on-file for a security deposit taken at the time of check-in. Guests are required to leave the property in a reasonably clean state. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit. Check in time is 4:00 pm & Check out is 11:00 am.
Vacation Home Refund Policy: Written cancellation must be received at least one month in advance for a refund of your deposit. While we understand that emergency cancellations may occur, it is very difficult for us to book cancelled space on short notice. Weather extremes will be considered on an individual basis.
